In pursuit of divine relationship, we often attempt to fulfil God’s law perfectly, but like all others, we soon discover that God cannot be reached by self-effort. Psalm 24 references Jacob, a biblical figure who found himself wrestling with God in prayer and trust. Like him, we’re called to hang on tight and to trust God to complete his work in us.

Your ultimate protection is not in this world, but in what God has done and will continue to do for you. Today’s message will remind you of the forgiveness and favour you have received. It will encourage you to focus on Jesus, to declare his promises, and to enjoy intimate fellowship with your heavenly Father.

We forget that there is a pathway from despair to hope! God does not avoid trouble or promise that you will avoid it. Jesus includes hope in our reality. We are made to multiply that hope.

Navigating life during a pandemic has been challenging to say the least, but what does it mean to do that together as a community of faith? The other wanting to hold off on all gatherings citing prudence as their motivation. Psalm 93 commences a crescendo of praise that extends until Psalm 100, which represents the highest point and grand finale of passionate thanksgiving to God. The Jewish people would often sing these Psalms one after another, celebrating the Lord’s faithfulness throughout generations. This same God remains faithful in the lives of believers today. He is worthy of all glory and praise!

The provision of God is His presence. All that He is, He is for you. You lack nothing when you walk in abiding relationship with Him. More than His presence, the Lord has given you purpose and power!
