Today, we are celebrating May-Ling Shen as she is retiring as the administrator of The Father's House Christian School. We are thankful for her and the gift that her life has been to our church family. She invested her life into Christian education and into seeing her children and many others gain a foundation for a life of faith and discipleship. We will see from her example that every good and perfect gift is from God. Your life is a gift to those around you. How is God calling you to invest what he’s given to you?

In our world today we are in desperate need of leadership. No where more so than with men rising up and taking their responsibility as leaders. But not leaders that “lord” over others but leaders that serve others and fulfill God’s heart and intention in this world.

This is the Good Friday message Pastor Greg preached at the Morinville Alliance Church. In the death and resurrection of Jesus we see a picture of the struggle that every human goes through. It is the ultimate picture of suffering and the ultimate triumph of abundant and eternal life. As we run in the human race, we need to know that we can run connected fully and intimately with God even while we experience pain and suffering.
