โฃIโve seen two scenarios happening recently.โฃ
1. The extra stressful state a lot of us have been operating in is doing a couple things to our bodies. We arenโt really connected or at home in our bodies, instead we are up in our thoughts and playing out worst case scenarios. When stress increase we breathe differently and not properly. So instead of nice deep belly breaths we are chest breathing which isnโt as effective. Along with all of that you could experience tightness in your chest which makes it even harder to get a deep breath.
2. If youโre choosing to wear a mask getting in oxygen is so much more of a challenge.
Our bodies need that oxygen so ...๐๐ณ๐บ ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ต ๐ต๐ฉ๐ฆ ๐ฃ๐ฆ๐ญ๐ญ๐บ ๐ฃ๐ณ๐ฆ๐ข๐ต๐ฉ๐ช๐ฏ๐จ ๐ต๐ฆ๐ค๐ฉ๐ฏ๐ช๐ฒ๐ถ๐ฆ๐ด ๐ข๐ฏ๐ฅ ๐ณ๐ฆ๐ญ๐ข๐น๐ข๐ต๐ช๐ฐ๐ฏ ๐ต๐ช๐ฑ๐ด!
