Okay so we've broken it down. We're on our health gal grind and have made some observations about being in your fitness era in Melbourne, some of which include detailed analysis on the Pilates Chicks, Fitness Influencers and being confused af about nutrition, oh and we also sprinkled that with some icks hehe - enjoy xo

Not sure if it's just us but this is something that has come up recently and has happened, by the sounds of it, to not only us. We're talking existential crises. Not the type where you question your existence, but more the type to make you check yourself, so kinda like a beta version lol. 

We go into our findings of what happens during our existential crises and share what we think and have experienced, whilst also trying out the Kylie Jenner headphone-phone call challenge - enjoy!
