Euroformula Open was at Jerez where a newcomer started to make a name while in BRDC F3 the weekend running was a bit interrupted.

Over in the FIA F3 European Championship their Hockheimring weekend saw a return of a front runner while the Japanese F3 Championship had some exquisite racing at Fuji.

The development of the class has also taken more steps over the past few weeks.

This week’s episode contains Formula 3 in all its shapes. The All-Japan F3 was at Sportsland SUGO while the European F3 Championship raced in the Styrian alps. Euroformula Open crowned a champion at Monza while BRDC F3 have set themselves up for a fine season finale. There have also been some developments regarding Regional F3 and some ‘old-school’ F3 series.

Both the British and ADAC Formula 4 championships concluded their season recently while the Formula Renault Eurocup saw a new main title contender emerge.

The All-Japan F3 Championship was at Okyama where the weather continued the play a major role while the FIA F3 European Championship saw their first triple winner of the season at the Nürburgring. There were also some continued developments regarding the future of Formula 3.

The Formula Renault Eurocup saw their title battle grow closer while the Italian F4 Championship suddenly found themselves with a third title contender.

The British F4 Championship did found themselves with a champion elect after the penultimate round while the Japanese one saw a new face on the podium.

The Indy Lights series concluded their 2018 season at Portland by crowning a champion while some odd incidents occurred in a race start.

Formula 2 and GP3 saw some fine action at Monza as the title fights in both championships became clearer while behind them it became tighter.

Euroformula Open did actually see a third race winner this season at Silverstone while the title lead changed hands in Formula Renault Eurocup.

The FIA formula 2 championship and the GP3 Series were recently at Spa-Francorchamps where they started their final leg of the season by seeing the title fights take another turn.

Over at Misano though the FIA F3 drivers were hit by a thunderstorm and rain amid strong drives by a pair of drivers that has thrown themselves into the mix lately.

The British F4 championship saw their title fight grow closer when they visited Scotland while the Indy Lights series experienced an unusual winner on the Gateway oval.

The Japanese F4 saw some hectic races at Fuji while in Germany a champion was crowned at the Nürburgring.

A pair of British championships saw new drivers on the top step as the F4 teams was at Rockingham while the F3 teams was at Brands Hatch.

The European F3 Championship was also in Britain to race and there we saw a trio of races where no one really came out on top.

The Japanese counterpart moved on Twin Ring Motegi where the title fight started to learn ever further in a drivers direction.
