Hi guys! It's been a minute. In this episode I talk about something that I've been seeing circulating the eating disorder community which is the "all in" approach to recovery. In this podcast I talk about what it means to be fully committed to recovery and I also talk about how I personally used this approach to reach food freedom. So sit back, relax and have a conversation with me! I don't use scripts for these podcasts (I've tried and failed miserably) so I may sound like I'm thinking about what to say next in most of this podcast, and it's because I am haha. This is episode 3 and I am so, so excited for this one because a 7-year sober addiction warrior, Ben Herrick, joins us today to discuss the reality of addiction and how he had to relearn how to live life after recovery. In this podcast I'll share more practical tips on how to deal with your changing body so that you can avoid self-sabotage. I also explain why we, as a society, have gotten to a point where idealizing thinness has reached an all time low and are causing the prevalence of eating disorders and disordered fad diets to skyrocket.
