Both of us had been wanting to get out to Vipassana for our first 10 day sit for a long time. We wrap up our experience of 100 hours of mediation in 10 days of silence. Unending thanks to Vipassana and Buddha, Dhamm Bhummi and Dhamma Passasda for hosting and giving us such a life-changing experience. Our lives can pretty much be summed up to, before Vipassana, and, after Vipassana.
