Hey beautiful Angel, todays episode of the FEMININE Podcast 🌹🔥 is so deeply moving and beautiful. I have invited Janie to the Podcast, a former client of mine who’s story is just too profound not to share. In todays episode we speak about how we talk to ourselves, deep emotions, as well as how she has healed from sexual abuse in her childhood. The reason I wanted to bring her story to you is that I have had so many clients that have suffered from sexual abuse, as well with the shame and anger that comes with it. If you feel triggered in any way in this episode please know that this is not my intention and I understand the delicacy and profoundness of this topic. Even though I will always create a space with trauma informed consideration, I understand that I cannot guarantee a „safe“ space as what feels safe to you is unique to you and in no way do I assume myself to know what that is for you or want to portray myself an expert. As I have worked with many women suffering from sexual abuse (in childhood) I still want to honor Janie’s courage to speak out and share her story to see if it can support you. We will also speak about how to build confidence and create true, deep friendships and relationships through the power of healing and the specific modalities and support that has helped her find herself again.
Janie is such a beautiful soul and we wanted to share her story to show that you are not alone, if you have suffered sexual trauma in your childhood or generally and hope that her insight can be a piece of healing for you, too.
