In this episode I sit with one of my longest besties, Shannon. She shares intimately her story of going from a cult like religion to moving to London and finding herself. We share stories about the past and talk about how sometimes a big change can many have such an impact on soo many layers of who we are. And... There is some really big news about The Feminine Side. I share vulnerably about why I disappeared from here for 1 month.
In part 2 of our rejection episode we talk about being addicted to playing games in relationships, tapping into our intuition to know when to step away rather than playing games to protect ourselves and how dis-empowering some of these "how to get and keep a man" teachers can be to the modern woman.
Megan Finch is a relationship coach that's all about empowering women so they can be in healthy relationships that embrace their true selves. Follow her on Instagram on @wholeasone and to follow what's happening with The Feminine Side follow me on insta at @danielapola888.
Enjoy the episode lovers xx DP xx
In this episode I sit and chat with a relationship and dating coach that sets herself apart from the rest because she is all about having a fab relationship with yourself first. Together Megan Finch from "Whole As One" and I look at rejection in dating and in life in general from an entirely new perspective.
We look at rejection as something that can actually help us move forward in our lives and as something that can be a sign post when we kind of feel confused and out of whack (which is normally how rejection makes us feel).
This is part 1 of a 2 part episode - I hope you get heaps out of this episode and feel empowered to make rejection your new besty after listening. Follow me on insta at @danielapola888 to stay tuned to whats happeneing with the fem side and follow Megan on @wholeasone to get THE BEST relationship advice. Enjoyyyyyy xx Dani xx
I finally pin down Ilaria for a dating update. In this episode the ever elusive "Dry D" as we like to call him makes a come back after a 6 week ghosting... And I have the most mature and loving rejection in the history of my dating life. Have a listen, have laugh and potentially even have a cry. xx D
In this episode I chat with Amy Parin from Amy Jade Wellness about our menstrual cycles. Amy beautifully describes the four seasons/phases of our menstrual cycle and tells us how we can live a life in sync with these cycles so that we can be best buddies with our hormonal changes leading to a calmer, more intimate and positive menstrual experience. This episode really highlights how incredible the woman's body is and how important it is to respect our feminine flow (no pun intended). Living in a society that caters for how male hormones operate, this episode will help you better navigate your cycle so that you can work it into your everyday life - because as is, our systems don't really help with the ebbs and flows of our hormones. I can't wait for you to get inspired to connect in with your cycle and see how life changing it can be. xx Dani xx
In this episode I sit down with one of my all time favorite humans as she shares her IVF story. Sheridan opens up about where her head was at before deciding to do parenting alone and the whole process from there. Sheridan is so beautifully open and honest about her story, it is heart warming, confronting and astonishingly beautiful to hear about how she now has a bubba on the way and she did it all on her own.
This week I sit down and chat with Heidi Latcham about all things reality TV , Heidi shares what it was like finding love after MAFS, going after the wrong people and being ok with staying single until the right person comes a long. We answer your listener questions and end up chatting about Instagram envy and what to do when you're searching for your purpose/career.
Heidi also opens up about what it was like to live in foster care as a teen and how that has impacted her life. If you're looking for wisdom and inspiration, this chat is most definitely the one for you xxx
In this episode Daniela and Ilaria chat all things dating. They start off talking about how it seems that 3somes are really common these days, is the whole "he's just not that into you" concept outdated?, is ghosting on the out and we are all being benched instead? We will explain exactly what benching is and lastly we touch on being over the apps and how disheartening they can be.

This week is our Chat Cast episode where I sit down with a wonderful and varied women in my life and just have a good ol’ chat. I sit with Bec Dent and we reminisce about our time in the big brother house together - Bec talks about why men are so proud of their dicks, whilst we struggle to talk about our vaginas and I’m asking the question; “what did you lose in your break up”? I think this episode is going to be one I’ll treasure. Talking with Bec about such a huge shared experience took me back to being this young 20 something that only wanted adventure and nothing more in life. It was also so amazing to feel the warmth and love between us - there’s something about sharing a life changing moment that keeps you intimately connected even if you haven’t seen each other in a long time and like us live on opposite sides of the country. I hope you enjoy listening to this episode as much as I enjoyed recording it x
