On the podcast today, I’m talking with Kate Codrington about her new book Second Spring and her passion for supporting women before, during and after menopause. You may wonder what place menopause has on a fertility podcast. But with more women trying for babies when they are peri or post-menopausal, often with donor treatment, I believe it’s important to have these conversations.
Kate has always been a passionate supporter and advocate for women, and her new book, Second Spring, has a really refreshing focus on self-care through menopause. I was so pleased that Kate was up for this conversation, which I believe really needs to be happening for everyone who is trying for a baby at this time in their lives.

I’ve spoken with Maria before on her podcast and we had such a great conversation that it planted the seeds in my imagination for this podcast to be created. Now on our 74th episode, I’m welcoming Dr Maria Rothenburger who is a fertility counsellor, coach, best-selling author and intuitive. In this episode, you’ll hear about her own path to parenthood and the journey this took her on both in her own life and in the way she supports others in her work. I really loved the perspective Maria brought to the more spiritual side of fertility, from her science-based background and training, and I hope you love listening in too.
Trigger warning: This podcast talks about suicidal thoughts. Please take care of yourself and choose not to listen if you would find this triggering.

We’re back with a brand new series of the Fertile Mindset Podcast! There are eight very special episodes ahead for you with some amazing guests that I can’t wait for you to meet. First up today is Nat Kringoudis who is a best-selling author, podcast host, and women’s health and natural fertility practitioner. At her natural health clinic, The Pagoda Tree in Melbourne, Australia she has helped over 20,000 women rescue their hormones and reclaim their best life.
I’ve had the pleasure of interviewing Nat several times before, when she shared her extensive knowledge about natural fertility, hormones and women’s health, but this time I got to do a deep dive with Nat into the mindset aspects of fertility. It was fascinating to hear Nat’s insights into the importance of mindset and how this has evolved the support she gives in her clinic.

In this last episode before our break, I’m speaking with the lovely fertility coach, Jo Dalziel. Jo is so warm and caring in her approach to fertility support,, and I know you’re going to love listening to our chat. I first met Jo when I was looking for fertility EFTers to speak at the Fertility Stress Solution Summit earlier this year, and as I got to know Jo I knew that I wanted to hear more about how she came to be working in fertility and the beautiful ways she supports the emotional and mindset sides of fertility. And that’s why she’s here on the podcast! To have a great chat, and to share it with you!

This is another mini-episode this week, but don’t be put off by its size; it’s small but mighty!! By taking just 5 minutes to listen and then following the three steps given, you will be connecting to your intuition in a powerful way. Intuition is one of my favourite topics and I love to guide people to connect with theirs on their fertility journey and see what emerges for them. I hope you enjoy listening, and I’d love to hear how you get with this episode and the three steps. Do send me a message here: https://www.fertilemindset.com/contact-me/

In another mini podcast this week I talk about the next step after recognising and acknowledging that emotional support is needed on a fertility journey, which is asking for that support. This can be a challenging step to take and can leave us feeling stuck, struggling, and lonely. I don’t want that for you, and by listening and journaling after this episode I hope you’re soon connecting with and receiving all the support you need!
