Gubba Gold Espresso Martini

• 2 oz Gubba Gold

• .75 oz chocolate liqueur (Godiva Dark or other)

• .25 oz Frangelico

• .25 oz Kahluha

• 1 oz Java’Mon Espresso

• Splash Baileys

• Splash of rum crème or regular cream

Mixing Instructions:

– Shaken over ice, pour into a martini glass

– Option: Rim glass with chocolate syrup

*Custom Gubba Drink

• 1.5 oz Gubba Gold

• .5 oz lime juice

• .5 oz simple syrup

• 5 mint leaves

• 4 raspberries

• 1 oz soda to top

Mixing Instructions:

– Muddle 4 mint leaves, 3 raspberries, simple syrup and lime juice in a rocks glass

– Add Gubba Gold

– Add ice

– Top with soda water

– Garnish with mint and a raspberry and “REALLY” enjoy

• 1.75 oz Gubba Gold

• .25 oz grenadine

• .75 oz grapefruit

• ½ egg white

•  Shaved nutmeg

Mixing Instructions:

– Fill pint glass with ice

– Add Gubba Gold

– Add grenadine

– Add grapefruit juice

– Add egg white

– Shake and pour into glass

– Top with shaved nutmeg and enjoy!
