Chris Arnade is not the guy you’d expect to see shooting photos of home addicts in the Bronx. With a Ph.D. in physics and a 20-year career on Wall Street, Chris embarked on long walks in New York City and eventually to Hunts Point in the South Bronx. There he started a project he didn’t intend to start.
