Chase was born in Ogden, Utah, and later moved to Cedar City where he eventually earned a degree at Southern Utah University. While attending SUU he met his wife who was recruited from Russia to play tennis. After six years working in sales at Gold’s Gym, he started working for Vivint selling security and home automation door to door. Vivint eventually led him to San Antonio, Texas where he continued to be very successful selling.

Around this time he started focusing more on real estate and his passive real estate income quickly replaced his earned income and Real estate turned into his passion. Real estate has provided Chase, his wife, and their two hound dogs more freedom than they’ve ever experienced.

With a daughter on the way, he had to figure out how to make money so he got into High Ticket Remote sales, made $200 his first month, $2000 the second month, and $15,000 his 3rd month while launching his own online coaching business where he teaches people how to close more deals and make more money for themselves and their families the same way he did WITHOUT more sales training. Jay is from Utah and Rachel is from San Diego, CA. Rachel was an All-American soccer player and ranked #2 nationally. She played at San Diego State and BYU. While getting a master’s degree, Rachel got into RE and she helped start a brokerage. She went on to double her sales and income each year. Jay and Rachel are expecting their first child in November. Jay played lacrosse in college in Maryland. Jay went from working at a startup Cookie Company to running sales & marketing for Urgent Care. Despite these ventures, he always wanted to invest & learn about investing so he started working for a property management company. After four separate CEOs asked him why he was going to college he finally dropped out. He now runs an investment company and has raised capital of 60MM. He has invested in 35 businesses & owns 41 doors of real estate.

After one year in college at The University of Southern California, he decided to not go back to school and went all into entrepreneurship. Shane and Andrea currently live in River Heights, Utah, and absolutely love living in Cache Valley. They are the proud parents of their two-year-old daughter, Hartley who is their inspiration behind everything they do to keep priorities balanced between God first, Family second, and Career third.

Shane and Andrea met at Utah State and both graduated with degrees in Business Administration. They have since been able to start and be a part of many businesses in Cache Valley.

Shane started his journey being an entrepreneur by creating a waterproof bag company and other smaller companies that have since sold. Being a Realtor currently, his passion is anything Real Estate. Shane runs multiple Short Term Rentals in Cache Valley, Bear Lake, and St. George all while doing all the "behind the scenes" work for Ease, their  Window Cleaning company that spans three branches across Utah.

Andrea was born an entrepreneur. She always started businesses as a child and into her teenage years which gave her the confidence and skillset to create, maintain and sell businesses of her own as an adult. The more recent businesses have included a ten-year-old cosmetology business, becoming a top 2% leader in a direct sales company, launching Ease with Shane and her brother, Spencer and now stepping into her coaching business, “Live Big, Little Girl” that just launched July 2021.

Christopher is the Owner of AIM Capital focused on large value-add multi-family assets. Christopher and his team have acquired over 350 doors worth over $23 million dollars and are currently managing over $7,000,000 in renovations. He also owns Return Development, a Utah-based development company, and Return Properties, a Utah-based Brokerage. Christopher currently sits as one of nine Directors on a Private Foundation exceeding $600 million in assets.  

Christopher has been married to his incredible wife Lexie for six years and is the father to three daughters (ages 4, 3, & 1), and recently found out another one is on the way! After graduating from Utah State, Christopher, and his family completely remodeled a home in Holladay, Utah, where they now reside. Christopher enjoys spending time with family hiking, Lake Powell boating trips is an avid golfer, actively competes in Spartan races, and is a former Alpine Ski Racer, to which he competed to join the Jr. Olympics when he was young. Christopher and his wife Lexie are fervently involved in supporting several charities focused on families affected by Cancer and the NICU at Primary Children Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah.
