The Final Countdown - Football History's stories of glory and heartbreak in the biggest finals

This is The Final Countdown. A podcast dedicated to all the great finals from the annals of football. Each week your hosts, Adam and Lewis, will do a deep dive (with a generous helping of nostalgia and humour) into one of the greats.

It's our first post-Pele podcast and it's arguably the most famous World Cup in history between Argentina and Germany and certainly one of the more controversial. So join us as we find out why a fantastic PowerPoint presentation isn't as useful as you'd think, Diego Maradona being Diego Maradona, and whether Terry Butcher would have been arrested for assault if he knew the truth at full time!
