Dave also airs an interview Tom Susman had with Lynne Fruth from March 2024 when she was imploring the West Virginia Legislature to level the playing field when it came to PEIA's Pharmacy Benefit Managers and their re-imbursement rates for small pharmacies like her family's chain and those of national chains. Fruth in a statement Wednesday cited PBMs as one of the major obstacles her company faced.
