The Republican Party is holding a convention in Dallas, Texas, to rally support for the upcoming midterm election in November. On Wednesday night, President Trump promised $5,000 dividends to every American adult, only if the Republicans retain control of both chambers of Congress. Tom Susman spoke with West Virginia State Treasurer Larry Pack, who is part of the Mountain State's delegation for the convention, about what it would mean for West Virginians and if it's a good idea.
Tom also speaks with Mike Pushkin, Chair of the West Virginia Democratic Party and member of the House of Delegates from Charleston, who has a differing viewpoint from the Treasurer.
