Dave then discusses some other water improvement grants that were approved for Jackson County. And Dave discusses a story on the West Virginia State School Building Authority granting $65 million for 12 counties for school improvement, renovation or construction, and his disappointment that Jackson and Mason Counties' requests for funding were denied.
