Mentors are one of the most important things in our lives. They bring out the best in us. They show us the path and what steps to skip. They’ve been down our chosen path and they will show us how to achieve their success much faster than what they had to go through in order to achieve their success.
Today I was blessed to be joined by my mentor. I have told everyone the story of how I chose this path in life. How I stood in a crowd and watched as my mentor reached into my soul and showed me how powerful I could be.
Tim Storey showed me a whole new path. He changed who I believed I could be and he developed me into who I am today.
Back in 2020, I was blessed to have the opportunity to speak on a stage and travel the country with Tim. During that time I not only got the chance to know Tim but become friends with him. Now after too long apart, we had the opportunity to speak and catch up on the last couple of years.
If you have never heard of Tim Storey, I encourage you to learn from his life and experiences. He will show you the power you have and he will change your world.
So, from the bottom of my heart, I want to welcome Tim Storey to The Final Percent Podcast Episode 197: The Miracle Percent

Do you have people in your life that will challenge you on what you say? Well, I have found a couple, but one of the most prominent people, who does that for me, is Brian Bogert. When I think of overcoming internal challenges I think back to all of the conversations I have had with Brian. He helps me to identify these challenges and work through them to build up my brightest future. I hope today he can help you along on your journey.
Today we talked about our challenges and the stories that rose us up to the points that we are at today. The ups and downs, the good and the bad. The moments that lead us to find who we are and what we should do. As leaders, we both understand that we have a long way to go, but that we have also come a long way.
Change doesn't happen overnight. It begins with a choice. With an opportunity to be yourself, to be the change in the people around you. People will always find you as a role model when you make the decisions first. Change stars small. It builds and builds into new opportunities and new chances until suddenly it explodes into something special.
The world is complex, but our special guest today makes it feel simple. He is a motivational speaker from Italy that changed his environment entirely in order to impact as many lives as possible. His energy is infectious and his ideas for the world will redefine how you see yourself and your circumstance.

It begins to run down and it can either cascade into success, positive mentality and passionate action. Or it can cascade into a bad day. That 10% failure leads you to doubt, self sabotage and repeated downfalls of the mind.
Today when you listen to this podcast, think of how you will start your day and how you will notice when the cascades begin. For good or for bad.
