It’s year 4.  Why is Ron Rivera still in charge?  He’s shown he’s not a winning head coach. Why is Jack Del Rio in charge of a defense that is bottom 3 in every single defensive stat and metric?

The lone bright spot for the Commanders has been the play of QB Sam Howell.  Is his development why the coaches have not been fired?  Is it time to stop talking about Howell as a potential franchise QB and just go ahead and anoint him?
