What I discuss in this episode is something you do NOT want happening to you.  Even though it is totally preventable, most people just don't get it.  This is a true real life scenario I witnessed during the past month that is something everyone, no matter your age, needs to be aware of so you can prevent it.  It's up to you to take care of it now so your family won't have to later.

​Sometimes the best way to multiply your revenue, your productivity, your growth or anything is to subtract something. Distractions. We all have them. Some of us are more vulnerable to distractions than others.  My biggest business expense by far, has always been distractions.​  Today I'll discuss what these distractions are, where they come from, and a couple of solutions you can use to help gain back some of your momentum.

Let's face it.  Most people's retirement plans suck!  The problem is we have been told how to think, how to plan, and how much we need by financial planners and "experts".  A lot of these financial planners have a dirty little secret.  They do something for their own retirement they won't tell you about.  They invest in real estate.  How do I know this?  Because some of my real estate investor clients are financial planners.  They own millions of dollars worth of real estate.  Why shouldn't you!  We need a new retirement mindset.  A mindset that goes beyond savings and 401Ks and IRAs and failing pension plans.  In this episode I'll discuss the cash flowing, equity building, tax saving alternative to the same old worn out retirement planning.  Not REITs, not passive real estate funds, not syndication deals.  I'm talking about direct ownership of properties.  Enjoy!

Now is the time to start keeping a close eye on your money, your investments, and your retirement plans and pensions if you have them.  It's time to start looking for buying opportunities in direct ownership of real estate. 

We are being lied to about the state of the economy.  This situation has an effect on real estate, retirement accounts and other investments and it's up to you to make sure your money and your future plans are safe.  There are a lot of dominos to fall in the coming months.  They have already started and unless there are big changes on the horizon they will pick up speed over the next couple of years.

A lot of content put out there today about real estate investing over complicates the business of real estate. It scares a lot of people away from investing and even scares a lot of real estate agents away from doing commercial deals for their clients.  The good news is it's just not that complicated.  In this episode I discuss some of the reasons for that and the misconceptions about real estate investing.  Anyone who has a desire to own investment properties can do it!

What do you do if your real estate investment starts to lose money?  Don't panic!  There are a few simple things that can cause that to happen as well as some simple fixes.  After years of helping investors buy, lease and sell commercial properties I have found that when an investment property starts to lose money it can almost always be fixed.  The solutions are both proactive and reactive.  You just have to know why it's happening and what those solutions are.  That will be the discussion in this episode.
