As a financial nut, I am going to tell you a little about Stocks and how They Can Make You Money.  As you probably know I like to invest in stocks, and I'm not a buy and hold investor.  I like to take some money off the table, and if you follow stocks there are times when it's easier to make money then other times. I like dividend, I like sectors, I like the different government reports all ways that can allow you to make a little money.

As a financial nut, I am going to tell you that If you don't know what you stand for now when you get put in a situation and have to decide what will you stand for?  I guess what I'm saying that if you have not set your rules, that basically not having any.  If you don't have any rules that means you open to anything. You see to me stealing is not okay, cheating is not okay, being disrespectful is not okay, but these are rules that I follow because I have my rules.  So what is your limit?

As a financial nut, I am going to tell you that Opportunity is always knocking.  You see when I was growing up I was always told that Opportunity only knocks once.  Well as I grow older I have learn that that was a lie. Why?  Because I see opportunity everywhere I look.  You see it's all about how you see things that will determine what you see.  If your eyes are half-closed because of what you think and what you have been told you can see opportunity if it slapped you in the face.  But if your eyes are wide open you can and will see things that use to be invisible to you.

As a financial nut, I am going to tell you why you are better off getting better than getting mad.  To me, it is all about fuel. Most of you would probably ask what does that have to do with anything.   To break it down as simple as I can, fuel is what is used to create power, Power is what is used to create change.  So You can spend your time mad, or you can use that anger as fuel to power your change and success.  A better you is a good thing.

As a financial nut, I am going to tell you why I think you should pay off your debt!  You see debt is what you owe someone else.  If you carry a large amount of debt that means you have to increase your rainy-day fund because one thing you can count on is that it is going to rain.  Now you can either have less debt or a high cushion to fund your life if life happens.  Life always happens, and if you're deep in debt, well the debt is not going anywhere so if you get rid of it you can solve two problems.   One is that you don't have to still pay that debt off if life conditions change because it is already paid off, and your rainy day fund does not have to be as big.

As a financial nut, I am going to get into the aspects of social media.  Social media is a great tool to use to inform people.  But as it cam informs people it can also uninformed people or cloud people's judgment or thought process.  This is what I see and what I think social media was design for.  It is a form of entertainment that is formed to program you.  So if they get something out of it, then maybe you should do and learn to use it to benefit You.

As a financial nut, I am going to let you in on a little secret called systems, there are systems for everything.  The problem is these systems are put in place to separate you from your money.  So you have to learn what a system is and learn how to limit its damage to your income flow.  You will be surprised where you find systems in place, they are everywhere.  Example:  the banking system,  the education system that is just a few so what you should do is identify which systems are affecting you and then opt-out.

As a financial nut, I am going to give you a tip.   You need to get a business and here's why in a nutshell, businesses are taxed after expensive whereas a regular worker you are taxed before your expensive.   Regular employment income gets taxed every payday the employer take it out of your pay they don't even trust you enough to think that you would pay if they didn't take it.  Now if you can't see the benefit of getting taxed after expensive just listen around to all the businesses that don't pay any taxes.   Why they have high expensive.
