As a financial nut, I will go into Why the best bank that you can have is your own bank.  Isn't it funny the banker is not telling you that you can be just like him and most of your financial problems would be cut to a minimum?  But that is not his job, his job to too loan you the money you need and collect interest from the loan.  It's your job to find out what he does and could you do it to stop him from getting you money.

As a financial nut, I will go into wealth and health.  If you notice they are kind of spelled the same way, the difference is the W and the H.  That just goes to show you that they can kind of work together with ease.  One without the other is kind of a waste, so you have to work on both.  But which one would you rather be healthy and broke or sickly and rich?  Well, most people will whine up sickly and poor, but that doesn't have to be you.

As a financial nut, I will go into why you should not sell yourself short, they are no better than you.  You all bleed red and you put on your clothes one piece at a time, one leg at a time, one arm at a time.   What makes you different is what you think about yourself, if you think lowly of yourself that's what you will project to the public, and likewise on the other end if you think you are all that, that's what you will project.  Well, You are all That so take it and run with it.

Stop allowing your wealth to be stolen. Take back your taxes and interest.

As a financial nut, I'm always asked where do people get all their knowledge, and  I will be the first to tell you that the knowledge is in the books.  So If you want to gain a lot of knowledge then you should learn to read and love it.  Why, because of that is where all the information is.  So, grow your knowledge and start loving to read.

As a financial nut, I will go into Tipping and why you should be a good tipper.  Tipping is a form of giving and if you follow my podcast you know that giving opens doors.  Now if you can change a life or attitude just by giving them a tip that they don't deserve, that's what I would choose to do.  As a bonus Doors open for me,  You really can't beat that.

As a financial nut, I will go into giving and why it is so important.   Giving is part of creating wealth, you see when you give, you allow things to be given to you.  Wealth is positive cashflow to me,  but giving is that door that the positive cash flow comes through.  If that door is closed it is harder to get the wealth through it.   Become a cheerful given and doors will open everywhere.

As a financial nut, I will go into wealth and what it means to me.  Wealth is positive cashflow to me, what do I mean by positive cash flow, well if I may a dollar and I owe a dollar that is negative cash flow to me.  If I make a dollar and I get to keep and Invest 10 to 90 cents, that is creating wealth to me.   More money is coming in than going out and it's consistent and its labor has already been done and paid for.  It's like money that is working for its self.  Now if I quit working this money will still continue to come in and grow and be reinvested.

As a financial nut, I always get the question of what's in it for me? well, I get to create a podcast, I get to teach and give people some information that they don't have, and if the podcast works I will create a new stream of income.  So you see it's a win-win-win for me.  But most of all if I can help just one person see life through different eyes then I get the satisfaction of knowing that I had a hand in helping someone.
