As a financial nut, every now and then we come across a company that kind of fell to do what it says it will.  I introduce you to Choice home warranty even after paying them for years and never needing to use their service when I needed them they fail me.  Now they took care of the 5 and dime stuff but when may A\C went bad well they left me hanging. I looked them up and for that same repair, they left a lot of people hanging.
