In this episode, I share the 3-Step Process I've used and continue to use today to help me through financially stressful situations - or any difficult and challenging situation that we face in life every now and then.

Part 1 goes a little behind the scenes about why I do what I do, and why I've distilled everything I learned into this simple 3-Step Process. This episode introduces this 3-Step Process and what it is.

Money goes beyond just the dollars and cents. 

We kinda know this in our heads, but do we live and apply this knowledge in our everyday lives?

Especially when we’re pressed a little bit financially?

As someone whose instinctive knee-jerk reaction to any kind of news that seemed to threaten my financial well-being was fear, worry and anxiety, I can tell you that unless you make a conscious effort to stay aware of how life is making you feel especially around money, it’s easy to let money worries completely take over.

So how can we live with more conscious awareness when it comes to something as practical and tangible to money?

It’s easy to confuse the way to wealth and well-being as more ‘doing’ and ‘action’ alone, when actually, it’s when we’re able to do the inner soul work that everything else falls into place.
