Mark owns a CrossFit Gym and is a Level 1 CrossFit Trainer. He enjoys training new Athletes to Challenge themselves and improve their overall health and fitness, which he considers to be a "Non Negotiable" on the path to success.

Mark was recently named a Business Rockstar by Franchise Business Review. He is a Private Pilot and plans to one day travel the world with his wife, Katie & 3 children.

In this episode, we are in the studio with Mike Barker, Founder of Heroes Sports, a military veteran and hero who now supports veterans transition into civilian life through his charity organization. Mike Barker shares his passion for helping combat veterans and how his organization provides a safe-haven for military veterans. Founded on October 30, 2015 we are a National 501c3 Non Profit Organization for military men and women both active-duty and veteran that incorporates sports and recreation activities to increase mental/physical health and team building.

Lenny shares his experiences as assistant coach under Coach Wolf and his leadership has led Lenny into a successful coach in Brick.

He now runs EZE Fitness helping to change the lives of over 800 active members. Hafiz talks about the impact of COVID-19 and the strategies they implemented to keep their gym running and their members active.
