Secret Pour-igins: The Margarita

Cocktail: Nightwing Fallen

Ingredients (per drink):

1 lime wedge

2 jalapeno slices

2 oz Patron Blanco

1/2 oz Trip Sec, Cointreau or GM

1 oz lime juice, freshly squeezed

1/2 oz simple syrup

Garnish:

salt rim and jalapeno slice

Instructions

Rub the rim of a rocks glass with a lime wedge, dip the rim in salt to coat, and set aside

Add the jalapeño slices to a shaker and gently muddle. If you don’t have a muddler, you can use the back of a spoon.

Add the Patron, orange liqueur, lime juice, and simple syrup, plus ice, and shake

Strain into the prepared glass over fresh ice

Garnish with a jalapeño slice and lime wedge
