Kriss is joined by Tim (@Peoplescrtic) to review the latest Purge film, The First Purge. This film is a prequel that shows how the Purge came about. Full disclosure, we're huge fans of this series as it's a lot more than the trailers have made it out to be. The First Purge drops the act and comes right out and reveals what we've always known: The Purge was about the government manipulating citizens in order to wipe out poor black and brown people. With the last two movies The Purge franchise has turned into a black survival horror series and it's been great.

We break down this film and the entire series and why we love it so much.
