This podcast has been a long time coming. The whole process of getting to this point where I’m writing this shows that it is not enough to just think about it, it is not enough to decide to do it... we actually have to take action and do it. 

Life is like a rollercoaster, with endless distractions.... and sometimes we do not realize we are being sidetracked by the idea of perfection.
