Nabs joined Gas Station Fitness & Nutrition in November 2020 when he weighed 92kg.  Gyms closed shortly after.  This didn’t stop Nabs from making incredible changes to his health and lifestyle.  Find out how sticking to the process at GSF and making some simple changes to his mindset resulted in him losing 22kg in just 10 months.  Well done Nabs!  We are so proud of you.
