Hey Fit Travel Tribe,
Listen in as Jason Ryer shares about his latest happenings, living abroad in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Chiang Mai is a hub for digital nomads and world explorers.
Jason is involved with the Biohacking community of digital nomads, who have dedicated a majority of their attention towards optimizing for human potential. Not all of us will dive as deep into the science and practice of optimal human performance like Tim Ferriss, but we can take away nuggets from these practices that apply to our every day lives.
Below, I've shared some of the resources Jason offers to locals in Chiang Mai as well as some clips from his intro when we first connected. We hope you enjoy!

"After college I was on the road to living the American Dream. I landed a full-time job with IBM, I bought a condo, I had a car….
...and I only had 2 weeks of vacation. So for my first vacation in the corporate world, I joined my brother and a friend in Costa Rica for those 2 weeks for my first trip outside of the US.
I then realized I didn’t want to live the American Dream. Costa Rica opened my eyes to the possibility of travel and the adventure and self-discovery that it brings.
I later went on to travel through Europe for 7 months. I went on vacation to Peru. I joined the Peace Corps and spent over 3 years in Bolivia. Then on to Australia and most recently to Southeast Asia...now living in Chiang Mai, Thailand."
