As a young girl at the age of 4 she cooked her first fish dish and at 8 she was helping at her aunt's restaurant, Akrogiali.

There she fell in love with cooking and decided to become a professional Chef.

Alexia moved to Hyde Park New York at the age of 17 and attended the most prominent culinary school, the CIA.

At The Culinary Institute of America she was a group leader and graduated with honors. Alexia did her internship at the Michelin Award restaurant "Varoulko" by the most famous Greek Master Chef Lefteri Lazarou.

Later on she continued by attending Florida International University where she received many scholarships including "Best Student Chef" by Barilla Pasta. In the meantime she worked with Chef Jordi Valles, apprentice of "El Bulli", by Ferran Andrian, practicing molecular gastronomy.

After graduation, Alexia became the Executive Chef of "Ariston" in Miami and received the title of "Best Greek Restaurant" in Miami for 2009.

At the same year Chef Alexia returned to Greece and within a span of 4 years she opened a chain of the famous Souvlaki wrap, was in the "Top Chef" competition and filmed her Best Greek Recipes with GreekRecipesTV for YouTube.

She visited Miami once again and as Executive Chef of "Kouzina Greek Bistro" received another award for "Best Greek restaurant in Miami" for 2013.

Ryan Watson was born on November 25th in 1978 in Clearwater, Florida.

Spent entire youth growing up in the Clearwater area before going off to college in Boone, North Carolina where he would spend the next 5 years of his life playing football and eventually becoming an All-American defensive tackle as well as graduating with a Bachelors degree in Health Sciences and Nutrition.

Went on to be signed by the Tennessee titans as a free agent playing until he was released early in the season only to be picked up by the Atlanta Falcons where he would stay for the next 2 years bouncing back and forth between active and practice squad. A critical neck injury sidelined him from the game that would eventually require a 5 level spinal neck fusion a year later.

After this extensive surgery Ryan began lifting weights the second he was cleared by doctors and never looked back since. Several years after retiring from the NFL Ryan began an 8 year straight competitive body building career in the NPC winning several overall titles and and placing top 6 and top 10 several times at several National level shows in hopes of gaining a pro card. Along the way Ryan has been featured in many popular fitness magazines as not only a model but contributed as a writer in several as well.

After hanging up the trunks and walking away from the stage Ryan has dedicated all of his competitiveness towards his business which he has been a nationally recognized and top personal trainer in Florida for the last 16 years and helped transform thousands of peoples lives, and now his newest business venture is the creation of his own brand Fit Supremacy which he sets out to help inspire the world to become healthier, happier and more positive!
