We have also a few more amazing special guest coming your way in the next few weeks too, including Naomi Carson, Paul Laslett ,Gary Mendoza & Jonathan Goodman.

But first, let's jump into this weeks interview with Andy where he shares how he has been able to transition from the military to running outdoor Bootcamp, to now having his own luxury 121 studio

  • 3 Canva Training To Up Your Creative Game

It's been a great week here at DKnine Fitness, with the announcement on Monday that we could start 121 outdoor sessions

The team has been busy booking clients in

Plus we have been doing a few more improvements around the studio

The work just never seems to stop hahah

Anyway, today we have some Canva trainings coming your way πŸ™Œ

If you have never used Canva before, then you are missing out BIG TIME!!

We have been using Canva for years for both DKnine & FitPro Lead Gen

To create graphics and images for social media, ads and the websites

Let's dive straight into the first training πŸ’ͺ

The first training we have is a "How To Create An Ebook"

An Ebook is a can be a great lead magnet for your fitness business

Plus you can create a number of Ebooks once, that then has the potential to increase your overall client package value

    Here is the training: https://youtu.be/iGADFBq3Hwk

The next Canva training we have coming your way is adding a clickable link to your Ebook

If you watch the video I did for today's episode, you will see what a difference a button can make rather than making someone to go and search for something

    Here is the training: https://youtu.be/us9-Ex_62Bg

Finally, we have a more of a showing off video

As we look at how to remove your background in Canva to create a cool looking picture of yourself or products

Removing a background is something we all need from time to time and now Canva has the ability to do that πŸ™Œ

Here is the link to that training: https://youtu.be/YU_GC753ARQ

Any questions on any of these trainings, just let me know

  • 4 Facebook Ad Hack That Will Improve Your Lead Quality πŸ™Œ

How did you find Alex's interview yesterday?

Was really interesting to see what it is like working out of a Big Bix Gym and Alex really did go into details on how get started, thrive and also transition out of a Big Box Gym

Therefore is you are in the situation, then you will 100% want to check out this interview πŸ’ͺ

Today we have something very interesting for you in regards to Facebook Ads

And in particular, looking at 4 simple hacks that will generate you better quality leads πŸ™Œ

After all, we all want better quality leads right❓

Okay, let's dive into Hack Number 1:

We all know we can't use Before & After pictures in our Facebook Images & Videos, we also can't use them on the landing pages we are taking them to from Facebook

But there is 1 place we can put them 😏

This is in the comments on your ads...

Once your advert gets accepted, head over to the comments and add a few before and after pictures comments

Not only is this a way to show people your results, but also increase social proof and intrigue

Which takes us to Hack Number 2:

Replying to all comments on the advert and not just heading directly to private messaging the lead

The reason this is key is down to intrigue...

Prospects will see your advert and want to know why it has so many comments

They will see your before and after pictures, they will then see all the comments

Boosting the number of people who are more likely to click the advert

Even if someone asks for the price, comment saying you will message them now

This adds an extra comment to the advert, and every comment increase more intrigue

    Okay, Hack Number 3:

Tag your clients in the advert, images and videos

Remember the importance of social proof

Not only does it show that these people trust you, but if someone already knows one of those people

There comes a great referral πŸ’ͺ

Ad Hack Number 4 is for tried and tested adverts

We all know that it's very difficult to share your ads directly to clients once they are live

Therefore instead of creating them in ads manager, create the post on the page first

Then jump into Ads Manager to create the advert

That way you can then easily send the link to get clients to share the advert and comment on it

Again giving you MASSIVE social proof πŸ™Œ

Ready to give these hack a try ❓

Tomorrow we have some epic Canva training coming your way

  • 5 Things You Need To Do When Chasing Leads
How did you get on with yesterday guest interview with Shane Nugent?
In it, Shane went into great detail on building systems in your business to not only free up your time but also deliver a much better service to your clients πŸ™Œ
Today as it's Top Tips Tuesday, I want to go over 5 Things You Need To Do When Chasing Leads πŸ€“
After all, each lead if you are running ads is costing you money
If each lead costs you Β£5, then you need to be making the most of the Β£5 you have spent to generate that lead
So here are 5 things we NEED to be doing when a new lead lands in your inbox πŸ“§
    1) Sending out a Thank You email
This one is super key, to let the lead know you have got their details and will be in contact shortly to give them more information
We also need to include a little more about what happens next, a little about the programme and if it's a low end programme, then potentially a purchase button
This email should really be sent automatically within minutes of them requesting that information
    2) Next, we have a MINIMUM of 3 phone calls
The reason for this is simple, not everyone will answer to a number they don't know and many more are very likely to be busy when you first call
Which means we need to keep track of when we call and try and call at different times of the day
Remember this lead has cost you MONEY, it would be silly to just give up after the first call
    3) if they don't answer, then we send a TEXT message
On the first attempt, letting them know who you are and why you called them
The second text is more of a, you may have missed my last call so I tried again
And the final one being more along the lines of this is the last time I am going to call
Remember some people prefer texting to speaking on the phone
    4) Next, we have one that many people never do
And that is leaving a voice mail, if you watched or listened to today's post then I explained why psychological reasons behind leaving a voicemail
    5) Finally, we have another one that not many of us will have considered
Reaching out to them on Facebook
If you are running ads on Facebook, then they will have seen your advert on Facebook and should be easy enough to track down
Now this one comes down to the type of person you are
But simply dropping them a message to say you received their request for more information is a great way to build trust with a prospect without having to call them
If you are reading this, then you should come and watch the video or listen to the podcast as I go into more details on these 5 things on them: https://www.fitproleadgen.com/5-things-you-need-to-do-when-chasing-leads/

  • Let's work on those Canva Skills
Yesterday I set you the first challenge of this short challenge series I am bringing you over the next few days
The first one was all about creating more interesting, entertaining videos that your audience is more likely wanting to watch
Let me know how you got on with this?
Today, I want you to get better at the images/graphics you are putting out on Social Media
Instead of just taking a picture and uploading it
To try and take a picture that works for your brand and theme
Which means adding more of a filter, a border, your brand colours
This could even be with additional text or images layers on top
We just want your images to stand out more πŸ’ͺ
So what I have for you today is a Canva training
It was a training I put together for a course we have done in the FitFitPro Pro Portal
And it's all about creating an ebook
In it, we cover the basics of Canva, then look at branding colours, text and fonts
The key things that are going to make your images and graphics stand out
So have a watch of this training and let's see how you get on
    https://youtu.be/iGADFBq3Hwk

  • I am setting you a challenge πŸ™Œ
Monday night I was sat down on the sofa after a bit of dinner
When I was scrolling through Facebook, where I saw a video from Eddie Hall
In it, he was doing a 30 day sit up challenge
Where each day he did 100 sit ups for the 30 days
And the results were massive, and what was most interesting about it was...
It was actually interesting and fun to watch
And this is the issue most of have πŸ€·β™‚οΈ
As FitPros we think it's important to talk about the type of macros in food or why doing a certain type of exercise is better than another type of exercise
Yet for the general public watching, it just really isn't that interesting
For us FitPro watching it is interesting as we want to always keep getting better results for our clients
But for your prospect watching it really isn't that fun
What they really want is to be entertained, something that is exciting to watch, things are going to get them moving
That is why things like Eastenders or Coronation Street have been going for such a long time
People get hooked, as they want to know what happens next
You probably have that series on Netflix that you just want to keep watching
Again all these programmes are things that are fun, interesting and exciting to watch
This is why Joe Wicks has become so successful in what he did
    Everyone can create cooking videos
Yet what makes him different is that he makes them interesting to watch
Adding in names for the ingredients, making them fun and exciting to watch
You can talk about your favourite exercises or Marcos, it just needs to be fun and exciting to watch
So today I want to set you a challenge
I want you to pick a topic that your target audience would be interested in
And record a video that makes them want to watch
Make it fun, make it exciting, have a big smile
You can go super fancy or just keep it super simple
It is more of an exercise to get better at creating videos
Let's me know how you get on
Over the next few days, I am going to have a few more challenges coming your way
    David :)

  • How To FREE up more time in your fitness business...
We have finally finished the feature wall in the gym
If you want to see it, head over to the YouTube channel to watch today's video πŸ™Œ
Today I wanted to talk more about your fitness business that works without you
I know we are still in lockdown and you may be still cutting corners to reduce your outgoings
But if we had decided to reduce staff hours here at DKnine Fitness then we wouldn't have been able to create this wood feature wall and paint the whole studio
As I would have had to have done it all myself and I just don't have the time
So what we have done, is laid out the jobs, had a staff member in for a few hours each day to crack on with the tasks
As we wanted to give the whole place a facelift, get it super clean and a fresh look ready for when we can re-open
So when we do and the clients walk in, they can see and feel excited about coming back
But you don't have to go all out and get a full-time staff member to start
Take your online 121 programmes, if you are charging say Β£97 a month, then could you work on a commission basis and give a staff member Β£30 per clients to look after for you?
Reliving you of the hours it takes to look after a certain number of clients
That way, the more clients you or they can bring in, the more money they are going to make and yourself
If a commission isn't the route for you, then start with a certain number of hours a day or per week
Giving them the tasks that take up so much of your time
For example, if you are the best at servicing clients and looking after them
Then give them the tasks that don't make you the money such as social media or chasing clients
Wich will relive more of your time
    Anyway...
If you are wanting to free up your time to do the things that you want, then there is no better solution then bringing on a team member
And now is the perfect time for you
Getting them involved, getting them learning the business, the brand ready for when you do re-open
    Giving them a head start
Rather than getting them right in when you don't have the time to coach them correctly in your ways
    David :)
