    I am a licensed Real Estate Broker in Southern California’s beautiful city of San Diego that practices as a Realtor at Keller Williams Metro SD Real Estate. I started my career at One Source Realty where I was in the top 20 out of over 500 agents! I went ahead and received my brokers license in 2006 and opened my own office. About a year and a half later, I closed my doors and decided that I would rather have more time for myself. I also hold the GRI, CNE, DPP, e-PRO, SRES, SFR and ABR designations which give me additional knowledge and education to better help serve you, the client. I read a minumum of 3-5 books a month and regulary attend real estate seminars to better myself and make me more valuable in my field. In my free time, I enjoy going to the gym, loving my dog, golfing, snowboarding, networking, Charger games, BBQ’s and spending time with friends and family. I Love my job because I get to meet an array of different people from all walks of life that all one common goal of finding a place to call home. Getting out and spending time with friends/ clients is what I enjoy doing. Building relationships with my clients that last a lifetime. Even after the sale, I stay in contact with my clients to ensure them that I am always here to help. My goal is to produce the “WOW” factor in every transaction I assist in. Because I base my business on referral and repeat business, this has been my Mission Statement!     1. I believe I am an entrepreneur. The creator of all solutions.
    2. I have the courage and the mindset to think different, see what others don't see, manifest them for the masses.
    3. I understand I must to stay focused, have faith, and operate from the creative mindset, not the competitive.
    4. I love what I do and it shows up in everything. 
    5. I am willing and passionate about my life as an entrepreneur.
    6. I understand any rational person would give up. I am an entrepreneur and I take risks. risks that put me outside of my comfort zone. Uneasy and awkward to most.   This is the entrepreneurs’ world.
    7. I will surround myself with people who encourage me, see things as I do, and not ignore ideas that conflict with my own.
    8. I will employ people who also operate from the creative, and have the skills that I don’t.
    9. I’m always open to alternatives and I never dismiss the words of a passionate speaker.
    10. I understand that I must “show up” and be present, always listening and  knowing that opportunity is everywhere.
    11. I am operating from the mindset that I am designing a life, not making a living.
    12. I intend to give more in use value than cash value for what I offer.
    13. I operate from within, with complete authenticity, self-love, and complete trust.
    14. I know that I  have been given all the abilities I need to continue on as a successful entrepreneur.
    15. I have the clarity to understand gratitude.
    16. It’s a cornerstone in my life and brings luck, I will show up, take action, be patient, and allow all of my work to take shape as time permits.
