Expectations and avatars is about understanding that some of us creeate an avatar of the people we want in our life and attract people that meet that prelimary mold. Often time we finding our selve expecting the rest to change while clearly knowing form the get go that some things you would like to see change to have that perfect avatar. 

Success often doesnt come the way we expect it to, we often visualize a certian way that we expect it to happen, and more often than not its surprises us. 

If your not a good listener then you surely want to listen to this. Being a good listener carries a lot of weight in creating relationships, doing research prior to meeting people gives you one leg up on have a great conversaton. 

OK  . . . first off if your are offended by cuss words, swears, this is not something you want to listen to, The only way this episode can be real, is to do it this way. So this is the only Podcast that will include this type of language. I really had to share my feelings on this subject, so I did. 

In an effort to improve daily, start your day with a clear statement for the day. Identify what you expect each day and surely you will lead a more accomplished life.
