Be conscious of your friendships, family, colleagues, and classmates, as these connections are critical. Remember that while it is easy to sustain principles when you can afford them, true integrity is demonstrated when you do so in the face of adversity.

This episode is heartfelt. I share a short story about a turn of events in my life that cleared my head. Some decisions in life need to be made promptly; we all can’t thrive under the same conditions. Just as cheese is nourishing for one person but problematic for another, certain habits or actions can be beneficial for some but detrimental to others.

Fix where you sleep first before stepping out into the wilderness. The statement “that could have been me” is heavy when you watch opportunities pass by. For every sunny day, always be thankful and prepare better for tomorrow anyway.

Can you imagine knowing everything you know now a few years ago, what would you have done different ? Imagine walking passed your mistakes weaving them like a spear dodging rain drops heading for the target and hitting it right where you planned to, what would life be like for you today ? It's not too late. We push, we grind, we run, we jump but the idea behind it all is to live life in a balance all together.
