After a successful night at the Sydney Track Classic, hurdler Lauren Boden joins SEN's Jason Richardson on air to talk about the season so far. So too does world championship triple jump finalist Henry Frayne, who set a new personal best in the long jump of 8.27m, an Olympic qualifier, in Sydney the night before.
