Special Guest: Will "Range-Finder" Downey joins me in one of the realest and most humbling episodes to date. New to the world of Mixed Martial Arts & Combat sports in general, the newly coined, "Range-Finder" still has a lot to learn.

Step by step guide to happiness:
1. Lay off the videos games and Only Fans girls.
2. Join a Martial arts gym.
3. Learn to fight.
4. Enjoy true confidence and a sense of achievement.
Special Guest: Christian "Mani D'Acciao (Hands of Steel/Iron)" D'Angelo joins me in breaking down toxic masculinity, fighting, existential crisis' and the many "cults" of ideology (and other topics that I forgot about).
Muay Thai Fighter, aspiring Bantamweight Mixed Martial Artist and an avid leg-kicker, this is absolutely one of the top podcast episodes that I have done so far...
question everything...
Special Guest: Max Lee (current Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) Blue Belt) and I, the 'spazzy' BJJ White Belt, explore only a fraction of the true artistic meaning that surrounds the religion of BJJ.
Join me in this episode with a true friend and fellow BJJ practitioner, Max Lee, as we...
...vibe (one of the many Jiu Jitsu philosophies that we 'roll' with)
Special Guest: Max Lee (Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Blue Belt) joins me in exploring the philosophy of "The Gentle Art" with your boy, "Spazzy White Belt".
They call us the "The Pyjama Boys" because of our gi outfits, but we'll show you into the cult of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
Special Guest: Abdullah "The Afro-Samurai" Ali, invades TFS for the second time for the most viewed episode in TFS history, now upward of 10,000 views!!!
