1 1/2 oz Apple Juice/Cider (Fresh Pressed)

1/2 oz Averna

1/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

1 Tspn 2:1 Demerara Syrup

1/2 Tspn Allspice Dram

2 dashes Angostura bitters

Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a large rocks glass over ice, garnish with a twist of orange.
