SD April 6th 2000 – Vince & Shane McMahon want to face The Rock in a 2 on 1 Handicap match, but later in the night when HHH & DX show up the want HHH Vs the rock, but it doesn’t happen. A little bit later steph trys to change vinces mind and make it X-pac & Road Dogg Vs the Rock, which works. The Rock Vs X-pac & Road Dogg – 2 on 1 Handicap Match (HHH as Special Ref & Shane As Guest Ring Announcer), Match Ends in NO Contest as after hhh gets knocked out of the ring and Rock trys to pin Road Dogg Senior Ref Earl Hebner comes down With Vince in-tow as Earl trys to count Vince pulls out and KO Hebner. The rock then chases Vince up the ramp and Knocks him down then heads to the back, only to come back with a Steel Chair and push back Shane, HHH & DX and proceeds to Hit Vince with the chair for Payback for WM 2000.

Raw April 10th 2000 – The Rock opens the Show and Demands a WWF Title shot against HHH Tonight….Vince comes out (With a chair) and makes a match with the rock Vs TBD inside a Steel Cage and if the Rock wins he will be the #1 Contender for the WWF Championship. And after some banter from Vince, out comes HHH, Shane, Steph to quickly distract the rock for Vince to pick up the Chair and attempt to use it only for the rock to use it on Vince. WWF Championship Match – HHH Vs Taka Michinoku (with Funaki and some Paid Protection from the APA) – HHH Wins the Match, after pining Taka. The Rock Vs TBA (Big Boss Man & Bull Buchanan) Steel Cage Handicap Match – the Match ends with the rock Winning, and after the match hhh assaults the rock and busts him open after using Brass Knuckles and pedigrees on chairs.

Sd April 13th 2000– HHH & Shane & Steph comes out and proceeds taunts the Rock long enough and Steph tells HHH that when he faces the rock for the WWF Championship that Vince will be in his Corner and then the rock comes out and hhh thinks it should be tonight that he should defend the WWF Championship (in Tampa Florida, Rock Country) but says that it will happen at Backlash (Washington D.C.) and makes a match Between HHH & Boss Man & Buchanan Vs The Rock & The APA. HHH & Boss Man & Buchanan Vs The Rock & The APA – Match Ends in No Contest after the rock and the APA have HHH surrounded and DX comes out and fights APA along with Bossman and Buchanan up the ramp leaving the rock and hhh going at it until Shane attacks and trys to run and gets grabbed by the rock to get Rock bottomed through the announcers table.

Raw April 17th 2000 – HHH’s Bad Day –Chris Jericho starts off the show by insulting HHH and Steph this brings out HHH, Steph, Shane McMahon (even though they have a match) and Goats HHH into putting the WWF championship on the line and HHH Accepts it. And Chris Jericho then says that he has made an Investment for this one time match and brings out the APA as Protection. WWF Championship Match – HHH Vs Chris Jericho – Chris Jericho wins And is the New WWF Champion after the ref gets KO by Jericho (accidental) Ref Earl Hebner comes out and while getting into a shoving match with HHH gets kicked by Jericho and hits the Lionsalt and gets a Fast Count from the ref. Following the match HHH & Shane Go into the refs locker room and Grab Earl Hebner and Mike Keota to get his opinion on the last match about a fast count, Keota agrees that it was a fast count. After HHH threatens to Beat him up and wants earl to reverse the decision, to witch after almost getting his but kicked, says that he will reverse the decision that if Nobody Touches him as long as he is a WWF Ref and for life. And HHH agrees to Earls stipulation and the match didn’t happen. And after HHH gets the title back he fires Earl Hebner and beats him Up. Later in the Night WWF CEO Linda McMahon makes an announcement regarding the WWF title Match at Backlash, and announces that at Backlash that the Rock will have someone in his corner and it is nonother than Stone Cold Steve Austin. This brings out HHH, Shane, Steph and they want Linda to re-cend her decision about backlash, and steph attempts to slap “again” her mom but Steph gets beaten to the punch and slapped by Linda and this sends hhh to attack Linda but gets stopped by shane. And this brings out the rock to talk about Backlash.

SD April 27th 2000 – the rock calls out the McMahon Hellmsly faction and they all reply, and they have a back and forth conversation about backlash and hhh suggests that the rock take the night off like hhh is going to & Vince announces that at Backlash Shane McMahon will be the Special Ref and asks the rock if he can trust Stone cold at backlash and reminds him about D.T.A. – Don’t Trust Anybody Rock . And before the faction leaves the rock stops the faction and tells them that Austin maybe didn’t want to wait till backlash and maybe make an appearance on SmackDown and Vince calls the rock a liar and the rock Guaran danmties that Austin is Here Tonight. Throughout the night subtle hints that Austin is around (foam fingers on the DX-press paging hhh 3:16, cardboard cutout attack, room full of beer cans, rattlesnake in the office under Vince’s bag, the lookalike Austin.) and after the rock returns and the faction calls out Austin, they get the rock and he proceeds to show that Austin is here and with a Crain and blows up the DX-express thanks to Austin Deconstruction 

Backlash April 30th 2000 – WWF Championship Match – HHH (Vince) Vs The Rock (Stone Cold) With Shane McMahon as Special Ref. the Match ends with the rock wining and becoming WWF Champion. After Chaos ensues and Shane is KO, Vince has hit The rock with a chair and Patterson and Brisco in ref shirts come out just as the rock as going to be put away, Austin comes out (as he was Late) with a chair and goes to town on everyone except the rock and as he leaves Linda comes out with Earl Hebner and he proceeds to count the rock to the title.

Raw May 1st 2000 – Vince Makes the rock Defend the WWF championship against Shane McMahon inside a Steel Cage. WWF Championship Match – Steel Cage Match - The Rock Vs Shane McMahon (with Paterson & brisco in Ref shirts) – the winner is the Rock, after Earl Hebner comes out and attacks Brisco on the outside and slams the cage door into HHH (who came in and attacked the rock) and gets chased around by vince and the Rock was able to climb over the cage and Win.

Sd May 4th 2000 – Vince Mcmahon Makes Earl hebner team with the Rock as he defends the WWF Championship in a 3-2 Handicap tag team against HHH & X-Pac & Road Dogg. WWF Championship 2 on 3 Handicap Match – The Rock & Earl Hebner Vs HHH & X-Pac & Road Dogg. Match Ends with the Rock And Earl Hebner Wining, after chaos ensues with shane & vince interfere & Chris Jericho coming out and attacking HHH and hebner low-blowing X-pac and then getting rock bottomed for the win. After the match both the rock and hebner get assaulted and Rikishi & Big Show the Dudley Boyz with a table comes out, after most of the faction leaves and leaving Brisco and Paterson to get stinkfaced and put through a table, and hebner leves on a stretcher.

Raw May 8th 2000– HHH Chalenges the Rock For the WWF Championship at Judgement Day to a 60Min Iron Match.

Raw May 15th 2000 – Commissioner Shawn Michaels starts the Show and Makes 2 announcements, #1- he has Resigned as Commissioner of the WWF as he hasn’t be around to do his Job and blames himself for the start of the HHH regime (the first ever smackdown and HBKs involvement) and thanks to Linda McMahon Made HBK the WWF official Spokesperson and Vince comes out and wonders why he is here as Linda invited HBK, and the #2 announcement is that HBK is going to be a special guest Ref at Judgement Day in the 60min Iron Man Match for the WWF Championship. And then knocks Vince on his keester. Vince later makes a match for later in the night with the Rock Vs Chris Benoit – in a Submission Match, and the rock accepts HHH challenge for Judgement Day and the 60 Min Iron Man Match.

Judgment Day May 21st 2000 – 60 Min Iron Man Match -WWF Championship Match – The Rock Vs HHH With HBK as Special Ref. HHH wins 6-5 and is New WWF Champion. The Undertaker Returns as American Bad Ass and Cleans House on the Faction and Chokeslams & Tombstones HHH as HBK tells him not to after the timer hits 0 and gets the Rock DQ’ed and loses the fall to make it 6-5.

Raw May 22nd 2000 – The rock Proceeds to go Faction Hunting and takes out everyone from X-pac & road Dogg, Shane & Vince, leaving HHH all by himself. Until the Faction comes out and saves HHH until Undertaker comes out and drives off the rest of the faction and the rock is able to rock bottom hhh through a table to end the show.

Sd May 25th 2000 – Vince Calls out Undertaker while surrounded by cops, Taker comes out and vince questions undertakers actions from Judgment day and Raw and the fact that he is no longer contract trys to have the undertaker arrested, but taker lets him know that Linda signed him to a fat contract before Judgement day started with lots of years & Lots of 0’s. and Vince again trys to get the cops arrest taker for attempted vehicular assault but if they do they will also arrest Vince for assault on a officer. And the cops leave and taker almost gets his hands on vince as shane hits taker with a chair and it no affects him and they hightail for the hills.

SD June 1st 2000 – Undertaker gets a #1 Contenders Match between him self Vs X-pac & Road Dogg in a Handicap Match, Also HHH promises Kane an #1 Contenders Match – HHH Vs Kane, Also Shane Makes a #1 contenders match between the Rock Vs Edge & Christian in a Handicap Match. Undertaker Vs X-pac & Road Dogg – Taker Wins and is a #1 Contender. The Rock Vs Edge & Christian – The Rock Wins & is a #1 Contender. HHH Vs Kane – Kane wins & is a #1 Contender.

Raw June 12th 2000 - WWF CEO Linda McMahon announces that at King of the Ring, Rock, Kane and Undertaker would team up to wrestle Triple H, Vince McMahon and Shane McMahon in a six-man tag team match. And Makes Members of the Faction Wrestle on Raw, HHH defends WWF Championship against TBD, Steph Defends the WWF Women’s Championship Vs Lita (if any Members of the faction interfere then Lita wins the WWF Women’s Title), Vince & Shane Vs The Duddly Boyz – Tables Match.

 SD June 15th 2000 – a stipulation was added into the KOR match that if Triple H's team won, Triple H would defend the title against the winner of the King of the Ring tournament at Fully Loaded but if any person from Rock's team got the pinfall, he would lose the title to who ever gets the Pinfall.

King Of The Ring June 25th 2000 – WWF Championship 6 Man Tag Team Match – HHH & Vince & Shane McMahon Vs The Rock & Undertaker & Kane (If the faction Wins then HHH keeps the WWF title, If anyone on the Rock & Taker & Kane side pins anyone of the faction then who pins becomes WWF Champion)

SD April 29th 1999 (The Pilot Episode) –Vince & Stephanie McMahon Start the show off and Thank Shamrock, Show, Austin for there help in saving Steph from the Dark Wedding, but gets an appearance from Shane McMahon and the Corporation and proceeds insult and orders Vince And Steph to Leave. After Vince and Steph Leave, Shane McMahon proceeds to make a Tag Match with Stone Cold & The Rock and gets HHH as A volunteer and ask if there are any Takers for partner #2 and The Undertaker  appears and wants to get his hands on stone cold, so it looks like it will Be HHH & Undertaker Vs The Rock & Stone Cold. Later in the Show while The Rock cuts a promo Stone cold comes out and cuts his own promo only to get cut off by Shane McMahon gloating about his plain and how it is getting bigger and bigger as the undertaker comes out and Stands Side-By-Side and Introduces the Now Newly formed Corporate-Ministry. HHH & Undertaker Vs Stone Cold & The Rock – near the end Vince comes out, as Shane slides a chair to taker, and ko Shane and try’s to stop Taker from using the chair on Austin but gets instead Ko with the chair for only to get stunned by Austin and while Vince is KO’d Shane comes in and hammers Vince until Austin Notices and proceeds to get thrown around and Stunned.

Raw May 10th 1999 – (Highest Rated Raw in History 8.1) – The Union (Vince, Mankind, Big show, Test, Ken Shamrock) with riot police in tow, calls out the Corporate Ministry and gets them only to be stopped by a sudden appearance via Satellite by Comish Shawn Michaels and proceeds to Add Vince as a Special Ref to the WWF Championship Match – Stone Cold Vs Undertaker With Special Ref’s Shane & Vince McMahon. Comish Shawn Michaels continues by Making changes to the show by making matches (Lumberjack Match – Faarooq Vs Bradshaw – Lumberjacks are the Union, Nightstick on a Poll Match – Test Vs Boss Man, Rodney & Pete Gas Vs Brisco & Patterson – Loser Leaves WWF, Ken Shamrock Vs Chyna, Big Show Vs Paul Bearer – Any Member of the Corporate Ministry interferes then Taker Loses his opportunity at Over The Edge, Hardcore Handicap Match – Visera & Mideon Vs Cactus Jack, WWF Woman’s Championship Match Evening Gown Match – Debera Vs Sable, and a 6-man Tag Team Match – Taker, HHH, Shane Vs Stone Cold, The Rock, Vince – Special Ref Shawn Michaels who was in the ring in riot gear with Paterson & Brisco) Big Show Vs Paul Bearer- During the big shows beating of paul he gets HBK to Wave the Stipulation and wants the undertaker to come down and procedes to beat up the big show. 6-man Tag Team Match – Taker, HHH, Shane Vs Stone Cold, The Rock, Vince – Special Ref Shawn Michaels – Chaos ensues and Team Austin, Rock, Vince Win.

Raw May 17th 1999 – Shane & the Corporate Ministry are looking for Vince, and they find his office and its barricaded from the inside with Vince, Bisco and Paterson, just as vince opens a closet looking for something to use out comes Taker, HHH, Chyna and attacked, Vince is sent to the hospital. Austin Cuts a promo about his Matches on raw and at the PPP, and gets interrupted by the Corporate Ministry to let Austin know that at Over the Edge if Austin touches Shane he will Be DQ and the Title Will Change Hands and was about to attack Austin but shamrock sneeks up on Shane and attacks and this draws out the union and as they fight it out Paul Bearer gets left alone with Austin Gets Stunned and Taker Didn’t Do Anything. Stone Cold Vs HHH – Chaos Ensues as Shane, Chyna get involved and The Undertaker Symbol lowers from the ceiling and out comes Undertaker to attack Austin, while trying to Handcuff Austin to the Symbol a distracted taker gets Handcuffed by Austin to the symbol and is risen to the sky and as its rising the Undertaker is Laughing evilly.

Over The Edge May 23rd 1999 – Sunday Night Heat & PPV (Owen Hart Tragedy) – Heat -Shane McMahon puts Stone Cold in a Match in-order to soften-up Austin so he cant be 100% in the WWF Championship match And Shane makes himself the Special Ref. Vince Later Calls out Shane and says that the Austin Vs Mideon Match will not happen but Shane vetos that decision unless Vince Subs For Austin and Vince takes the match. Vince Vs Mideon – Special ref Shane – the match turns into an all out assault on vince to soften up Vince so he cant be the 2nd ref later in the night.PPV - WWF Championship Match – Stone Cold Vs The Undertaker – Special Ref Shane McMahon (& Vince), Winner The Undertaker & New WWF Champion after Shane Pushes Vince Into Stone Cold and Undertaker Rolls up Stone Cold and Shane Fast Counts Austin.

Middle

Raw June 7th 1999 – Vince kicks off Raw in his wrestling gear and is interested in this Greater Power and wants to meet him in a No Holds Bared Match and he thinks that Shane is the Greater Power and wants to Make it a Winner Take All (Vince’s 50% & Shane’s 50% Controlling interest in WWF) and Shane Agrees to the match. Immediately after the break the Corporate Ministry comes out and the Greater Power comes out then Shane Calls out Vince to come see the Greater and Vince says he can see just fine from the back and wants the evil sob shows his face to the world now, and its is reveled to Be Vince McMahon (Its ME AUSTIN, it was me all along Austin) and proceeds to gloat and revel why he did it (because after Austin won the WWF title at WM XV) and will make Austin’s life a complete total Living HELL. While thanking those involved in the master plain Steph & Linda Mcmahon come out and ask why they did to Steph and wants to talk Business as Both inform that vince and shane don’t Have 50% of the company but they know that it’s a 25% split 4 ways (Vince, Linda, Shane, Steph) and Linda Called an Board of directors Meeting and says that there are going to be some changes around the office (dropping some hints on who it will be) in other words Linda Stepped down as the CEO and not before she Picked her own successor and will have full rights and privileges to run the company how he sees fit. And introduces the New CEO…………(glass Shatters) Its Stone Cold. Austin Starts making matches (At another Time/Place/Conditions tbd by Stone Cold he will have a WWF title Match, @ King of the Ring Austin will face both Vince & Shane in a Handicap Match, Tonight- makes Shane Vs Kane & X-pac, The Union Can have any match with anyone, HHH Vs The Rock – Cast Match)

King Of the Ring June 27th  1999 – Heat & PPV – Heat – Vince & Shane and some members of the Corporate Ministry comes out and cut a promo about later at the ppv then HBK makes a Match for Vince McMahon as a warm up on Heat and its against Ken Shamrock, and Vince wants nothing to ruin this night and tells hbk and shamrock screw them but HBK informs Vince that if he doesn’t compete against Shamrock then HBK will forfeit the ladder match and hand 100% ownership to Austin, unless Vince can find a Suitable replacement and the only one that HBK will except is One McMahon For Another McMahon and it becomes Shane Vs Ken Shamrock – if any Corporate Ministry comes out then Austin will get 100% control. Shane Vs Ken Shamrock – Shamrock Wins After Steve Blackman Interferes and attacks him with a kendo stick. PPV – Vince comes out and says that Shane is not able to compete and says that the Ladder Match is off until HBK comes out and says that the match will happen and vince says that he will have a suitable replacement. The Handicap Ladder Match for 100% ownership of the WWF – Stone Cold Vs Vince & Shane McMahon (it was going to be Steve Blackman but thanks to GTV its revealed that Shane isn’t as hurt as reported and Shane makes a beeline to leave but is stopped by HBK and Blackman is Dismissed) – Vince and Shane Win thanks to some Funny Business with the controls to the briefcase rising and Shane quickly climbs the ladder and grabs the briefcase.

Raw June 28th 1999 - the Corporate Ministry comes out and Celebrates their accomplishments from the KOR (Vince and Shane got 100% control and fires Stone cold as the CEO & puts Linda Back as the CEO, Undertaker Kept the WWF Championship Vs the Rock) and tells everyone that Austin will be competing in a preliminary match and after the show will help the ring crew tear down, but Austin Comes out and informs the McMahons that he took out an insurance policy on June 27th 1999 he made himself a brand new contract and removed the prevision that Austin Cant touch Vince McMahon unless provoked and makes it Open Season on Vince and added some extra 0’s to his contract, and knowing that he might be screwed made a match on June 28th for the WWF Championship and the Stipulation that he added is if any one from the back comes out and gets within 10ft of the ring Stone cold will Win and become WWF Champion. WWF Championship Match – Undertaker Vs Stone Cold – Stone cold Wins & Becomes WWF Champion, After the Match Undertaker Bust opens Stone cold with the championship belt.

Sunday Night Heat July 4th 1999 – Undertaker Challenges Austin to a rematch at Fully Loaded in A First Blood Match for the WWF Championship.

Raw July 5th 1999 – Austin accepts the Match for Fully Loaded and Vince comes out and wants this rivalry between Austin & Him Self to be over, and asks if Austin is interested in never seeing Vince Mcmahon again which gets austins attention, and Vince Adds a Stipulation to the First blood Match that If the Undertaker Loses then Vince Will Leave the WWF, However If Undertaker Wins then Austin Can Never Again Compete for the WWF Championship Ever Again. Next Week the Contract Signing.

Fully Loaded July 25th 1999 – Sunday Night Heat & PPV – Heat – during a Stone Cold interview undertaker attacks Austin and busts him back open as heat goes off the air. PPV- In the Middle of the PPV Austin Attacks Undertaker and Busts him open in retaliation for heat. Fully Loaded First Blood End Of An Era Match for the WWF Championship – Stone Cold Vs Undertaker, Winner Stone Cold and New WWF Champion, after Constant Interference from Shane McMahon, X-Pac and a camera busts open Undertaker. With that Win for Austin – Vince IS gone.
