We all know there's great power in thinking BIG, but in this episode, I share how it's also important to recognize and embrace and appreciate SMALL. I reflect on my own journey and the pivotal moments that began with seemingly insignificant nudges, leading to life-altering positive changes. I share biblical insights and personal anecdotes, emphasizing the power of embracing small beginnings and recognizing God's voice in the stillness. I hope this episode encourages YOU to identify the small ideas persistently tugging at your heart and take intentional steps towards them, trusting in God's promise of growth and increase.

Coaching is a huge buzzword right now, but is a long-time concept. In this episode, I share about some lessons learned about coaching and leadership through a simple exchange I observed during one of my son's baseball games. These principles will enable you to coach yourself better, to lead those around you with greater impact, and to see how God Himself has promised to lead us personally.

Hey there, High Flyers!
In this week's podcast, we dive deep into something that's been tugging at my heart lately: our identity in Christ.
You know, sometimes life throws us these curveballs, and we're left wondering if we're really cut out for all the amazing stuff God has in store for us. How many times have you felt like maybe you're just not quite measuring up, or that those promises of abundance and goodness are meant for everyone else but you? I've been there too.
But here's the thing:
God's truth is unwavering, and He's got some pretty incredible things to say about us.
We’ll talk about it inside the episode!
Also, in the episode I reference a verse in Jeremiah that is actually in Zechariah. Just to clarify.

Extraversion and Introversion in Myers Briggs (MBTI) world are all about energy, and in my practice, I find that most people THINK they understand it but few actually do–
And that has a BIG impact on all our relationships–at work, at home, socially. Extraverts are not necessarily the life of the party, and introverts are not always quiet and antisocial. Understanding this aspect of our personality can pay some big dividends in our own peace levels!
How do you view yourself?
Myers Briggs is one of my favorite places to start when I'm working with clients–whether I'm coaching one-on-one, or working with a group, but before we talk about personality, I like to back up even further and view personality in light of scripture.
This discussion ALWAYS makes a big impact and enlightens and sometimes even, ALTERS, people's perspectives regarding themselves.
Scriptures mentioned:
Ephesians 2:10
2 Samuel 22:32 MSG
