Another update and a quick little message for you all.

There is music and a story and laughter and for some reason complete silence for the first few seconds, don't know why but I kept it in.

This episode features Matt Smith (not that Matt Smith) who talks about pretty much everything from sugar being addictive to video game skeletons.

At one point he even tries to imitate the sound of the coffee maker.

This is a quick thing just from myself to go through a few bits and bobs with you lovely lot.

This months guest is the one and only Astiana Morriss who chose to spoke about a few things including music, alcohol and eating habits but she mainly just spoke about herself.
