Experiences in my life and what I would say to you if you were to come across the same of what I have come across in my lifetime!

Today, tomorrow, what is important is that we all have a purpose. A reason. Where do you fit into all of this?

I don’t know why but I actually said Nick Carter when talking about him in this podcast. But yes sadly Saturday we lost Aaron Carter to a possible suicide/overdose and they’re saying that they are still trying to investigate the death. Haven’t been to rehab five times and then finding him in a bathtub completely comatose Tells me that it definitely was not a suicide. And this episode I talk about when I overdose and my experiences especially around the holidays when trying to stay sober.

When someone is in power we expect them to motivate and to inspire. And when we see what they’re capable of, it can be really scary at times. And that is why it’s so important to make sure that we give that power to the right people. So how do we do that?

Wanted to just release some of what I’ve been going through and try to to share a message that not even myself knew I needed to talk about.

“Indigenous day is coming up and I would like to talk to you and share a message coming from some thoughts that I had this morning after getting home from a long drive!”
