The Football Journal Podcast

This is a new podcast series where I talk about my journey, the challenges I face and topics that all footballers think about. I'm using this as a way to journal my thoughts and feelings as a footballer while also helping the people around me. Todays video is focused on confidence and the importance of it. I share my own personal opinions on confidence and how it has effected me while also giving advice to help you boost your confidence, I hope this video helps

Luca Carbone is a 18-year-old footballer who plays in the 2nd division of Portugal with a full time contract. Starting In Canada and playing in the local clubs started his journey, but once he hit a point in his life, put in a different environment, he took a leap of faith and committed to football. Since then he has put the work in and made it to Europe, playing at the highest level.
