The Force Dyad Podcast

"Tonight there's going to be a jailbreak!"

In this installment the guys discuss the conclusion of the Narkina 5 arc with episodes 9 (Nobody's Listening) and 10 (One Way Out) of Andor. What easily could have been the last two episodes of the whole season, they deliver excellent world building, fantastic acting performances (complete with stirring monologues), and a jailbreak that would make Thin Lizzy proud! Tune in to get our thoughts and breakdowns of the pivotal episodes and discuss whether it's fair to use a series' success to demand more from other projects. So sit back and relax, this is where the fun begins!

**Apologies for some of the erratic skips, our SD card decided it would be cool to layer in multiple write errors for us to edit around. We did the best we could**

After a brief lull we're back to discuss comics, news from the D23 convention in Anaheim, and the Kenobi gallery "A Jedi Returns".

(00:12:05) - Beginning with the two latest issues of the Obi-Wan comic we discuss the story arcs and what a Jedi's purpose is during war.

(00:27:16) - While 'new' news was light for Star Wars at D23, we did get some firm show dates and we chat about what we're looking forward to with "Tales of the Jedi".

(00:42:00) - Lastly, with Disney+ day last week we talk briefly about the extended Andor mini-doc and focus more on the new Kenobi gallery, 'A Jedi Returns'.

So sit back and relax, this is where the fun begins!

Ever considered turning your collectible hobby into a profitable side hustle? Did you read that LEGO was more valuable than gold and start raiding your parents house looking for old sets? In this episode, join Obi-Sean and Jedi John as they delve into their own experience both investing in and reselling their respective collectibles (LEGO, Funko, SW Black Series). Some hard learned lessons, insights into things to consider before jumping in, but also the enjoyment that can come from it if you're realistic. We even take a slight intermission (00:52:30) for Jedi John's WhatNot show, and close with a discussion of the challenges that come with building a community on a selling oriented streaming platform.
