In 1996, an article of about 10 lines appeared in the local newspaper identifying 21 year old Rodney McDonald as the victim of murder. Though still an unsolved case, his case files were eventually sent to storage. Nearly 22 years later, Rodney's family is still waiting for justice and his mother is sharing his full story for the first time on Impact Statement.
