So, this week Stuart is reflecting on the amount of anxiety we experience as humans. Everywhere we look someone is overwhelmed and underprepared, trying to do and be all things to all people. We might not be able to stop this completely - well, not alone! But what if we chose the good part, the necessary part instead and things changed?

Sabbath may sound like a strange word, even old-fashioned and unimportant but this couldn't be further from the truth. Setting aside time to rest has always been part of God's plan for creation; for us to live a life of fullness we must not avoid it. In this pilot episode of The Community Podcast Stuart speaks about his recent troubles with not resting properly and suggests that his forced rest was actually God's gift to him so he could rest well and take that message into the world for others to hear.
