One of the nicest compliments I have ever received, you seem to be someone that spreads a lot of joy.

Are you ever in a bad mood and you lash out at someone only to realise that was a really bad idea. That they did nothing wrong in fact you are just in a bad mood.

Do you want love? Give love.
Do you want respect? Give respect.
Be a reflection of what you want to attract.

Are you loyal to the people around you? Do you get approached by others to jump ship, to change your team, to change who you hang out with?

Look to the future, don't look to the past. We can't change the past but we can chose how we move forward.

Often I love you is said in actions rather than words. Have a look around you and you will see you are being told in a different way. 

Demand more from yourself than anyone else expect of you. Become the person that can achieve what it is you want to achieve. Nothing comes automatically. 

Setting a goal and reaching a goal is not about the goal. It is about who you have to become to reach that goal, 

To move forwards, to do things, to explore, to learn, to go for an interview whatever it is you want to do you have to first look inwards. You have to ensure you have what it takes to move forward.
