I’ve really enjoyed Sean’s hammer and human evolution the last few years. Briefly, we discussed CVOTC, the development of his throw from university to the professional level, and the mental hurdle of training to be the best and how easily that facade can be shattered if you’re not careful. Due to time constraints, we had to keep it short, but there will be a part 2 before long. This episode was just the tip of the iceberg.
