We live in a world where it’s easy to be overwhelmed. Whether it’s the things that are actually happening, peoples opinions, or our own toxic thoughts, there’s a lot to process and it can be exhausting. Mind over Matter is a 4 part series that will help us to think about how we think.  We will look at how to identify the issues that are holding us back and introduce some practical applications as to how we can rewire our brain to become the person God created us to be.

Week 2 of Mind Over Matter

Week 1

When we reframe how we look at sin, it changes the way we look at our God, our lives, and the freedom we find through Christ.

Prayer invites us not just to ask God for the things we need, but to step out of the way and invite God's priorities to become our own. When we invite God to focus and direct our attention towards God's will, we begin to see the bigger picture, to see things as they truly are, and not simply as we are.

Don't let things stay unaddressed. Being quick to give love, encouragement, and understanding is the start of lasting peace in your life.

Nothing Changes week 9 step 9 - Make Amends. It keeps getting more difficult. The path to lasting transformation is never easy but if you understand the greater “why” it will give you the needed conviction to continue the journey. Join us this week as we talk about the continual movement towards reconciliation and experiencing the fullness of our humanity.

Nothing Changes week 8 step 8 - Make a list. It’s time to put pen to paper as we consider all the people we have harmed through our actions and behavior. Deeper transformation will only come from reconciliation. This is true for the individual as well as our society.

Nothing Changes Week 7 Step 7 - Humbly Asked - Join us this week as we take a hard look at the difficulties of the ego and how it’s only through embracing humility that we will experience a revolutionary change in our outlook on life.
