In this episode, we're going to talk about the mother's role in our son's development and how they support us as fathers and our sons

What's the percentage split between you and the Mrs in terms of looking after your son?Does that gap concern you? Do you have any worries?

King Richard was nominated for best film at the Oscars, Will Smith was nominated and won the Oscar for best actor. What things did you take from King Richard in this film in terms of his parenting style?

What are your views on the controversial slap that Will Smith gave Chris Rock at the Oscars which has lead to Will Smith being banned from attending the Academy Awards for the next ten years?

What would you had done in this circumstance if you were Will?

Does that differ to what you would advise your son to do when he's older if he was in the same situation?

What Is This World Coming To?

Welcome to another Four Fathers Podcast. I'm joined here today by Liatt, Jam and Vance.

First topic- How important is it to know your son's friends and the company he’s around?

Second topic-I am no conspiracy theorist or would never claim to be, but all the years I have been alive I have never witnessed so many footballers, supporters,

or celebrities, either dying or collapsing because of an undiagnosed heart condition.I know nothing has been proven that the cause is the vaccine but since this was introduced cases have arisen regarding heart related incidents.With that be said will you allow your kids to be vaccinated?

Third topic- In the last couple of years young high profile black men have pasted away at such pivotal times in their lives, so do you think as men we should be getting regular health checks?

Fourth topic- We all know what's going on with Russia and Ukraine atm, so how would feel if your son had to enrol for the war because the UK had to get involved in some sort of capacity? (Hypothetical, as our sons are 1yrs old)

S.1 E.3 Let Me Get This Off My Chest!!

Welcome to another episode of the Four Father's Podcast. Today I am joined by Liatt and Vance

Over the last few weeks there has been a lot of controversy that has crept into the football world surrounding matters that never should be in the same sentence as football. Non-consenual sex.

Being fathers to sons, I think it's only right we speak on it and give our take on what has gone on as outsiders looking in.

Do you think the enviroment that your son is brought up in shapes his life going forward?

How and when do you have a conversation with your son that because the colour of his skin some people in the world may not like him?

Do you tell your son to be a tell tell, a runner or stand up for himself and fight back, this could be in school or outside of school?

Should there be a change on how the football world is run in terms of recuriting young players, this could be the structure, for instance, adopting the USA scholarship approach?

Are the modern day players killing the football world or is it social media?

The first topic of the day is- what type of music will you allow your son to listen to?. Will you allow you son to listen to lyrics with sexual content or gang lyrics?

The second topic- The food we eat isn't the same as it used to be. With saying that, what type of food is your son currently being fed? Are you going to expose him to meat, dairy and sweet things at an early age or be strict and make him eat healthier?

Third and final topic- As things increase regarding social media pressure, how much can we/if we can shield our boys from the effects it has on a person ?
